As an experienced Head of Customer Projects, Bettina ensures the successful implementation of customer requirements and builds strong, long-term customer relationships. With a degree in computer science from ETH Zurich and a Master’s degree in Management, Technology, and Economics, she has a sound technical understanding and professional expertise. She promotes innovation and continuous development in her powerful team of business analysts.

As Chief Technology Officer, Andrea is responsible for Consor’s technical vision and strategy and brings extensive IT expertise to our company. With an impressive background in IT and many years of experience in the industry, he is a valuable strategic partner for the technical development of our products and services.

Marco uses his extensive experience and technical expertise to manage a highly qualified team of developers to realize innovative software solutions for industrial insurance. He places great emphasis on quality, efficiency and agility in the development processes to ensure that our customers benefit from modern and reliable software. In addition, Marco is an experienced team leader and mentor.
As Consor’s senior management committee, the Board of Directors is composed of independent, experienced experts from the insurance and IT sector.

Marcel Nickler has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Consor AG since 2018. Marcel holds several board memberships and was a partner at the management & technology consultancy BearingPoint. He is primarily focused on innovation and digital transformation. Marcel firmly believes in the power of values, which he considers to have a lasting impact on people’s behavior. He invests a substantial amount of his personal time in empowering and developing people and teams.

Stefan Wengi is a management consultant, digital entrepreneur and board member with profound knowledge and experience in the digitalization of companies. He combines creative thinking and a strong customer focus with analytical and design skills. For his clients, Stefan focuses on making digitalization work.

Désirée Mettraux is active as a consultant in several insurtech start-ups and insurance companies. She therefore not only knows Consor’s customer segment extremely well, but also has the necessary expertise for her tasks on our Board of Directors. As a board member of Awina AG, the “navigator through the family jungle”, she also takes care of the needs of families in the “rush hour of life” as a family person and working mother.
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Christopher Lohmann is an advisory board member specifically for the German insurance market. In his more than 24 years of experience as a manager and board member, at HDI Germany and Gothaer among others, he has implemented a large number of digitalization and transformation projects. As CEO of Allianz Commercial, he was responsible for the industrial business in Central and Eastern Europe and Switzerland. His broad network includes insurers, brokers and actuaries.
Cooperation with competent, reliable partners is very important for our customers and our company. We work with some of them on a daily basis, while others support us whenever necessary.
The management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has been our implementation partner for many years. Together with BearingPoint, we implement Consor Universal projects in German-speaking countries. BearingPoint employs around 4,600 people in 23 countries.
With the BSI Customer Suite, the Swiss software manufacturer BSI offers a holistic platform for the digitalization of customer relationships. BSI offers strong, specialized solutions for retail, banking and insurance based on many years of industry expertise.
Electronic signatures for insurance policies, seamlessly integrated with Consor Universal. Instead of sending proposals and policies back and forth by post, everyone involved signs electronically in a matter of seconds.
We have been sponsors of triathletes Julie and Nina Derron since 2021. We accompany their athletic careers and follow their successes closely. Most recently, Julie won the silver medal at the Olympic Games in the individual competition. Nina specializes in the Iron(wo)man distance and never fails to impress with her incredible stamina. Our employees enjoy regular training sessions and events with the amiable sisters.
