Taking responsibility together: Social partnership with dieSozialfirma

We are delighted to be the new social partner of dieSozialfirma!

People with and without disabilities have been working hand in hand at dieSozialfirma since 2009, providing high-quality services for their customers. This model is quite unique in the primary labor market.

Around half of the employees live with a mental, physical or intellectual impairment. Their work in one of the three business areas enables them to lead a self-determined life and they receive valuable recognition from customers and colleagues for their dedicated contribution.

The social enterprise offers fair, industry-standard wages, open-ended employment contracts and supports its employees even in difficult times.

Partnerships with companies like Consor enables dieSozialfirma to create long-term jobs for people with disabilities and thus promote a labor market that offers opportunities for all.

We look forward to working together and actively practicing social responsibility.
